Refund policy

Because sealed products in the TCG market are sensitive, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match the description, email billy@stgcards.com, and I’ll ensure the issue is resolved.

Cancellations can be made prior to shipping, though a 3% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the non-recoverable processing costs from the initial transaction.

Any orders that appear to be bot activity, will be automatically cancelled and a 5% cancellation fee will follow.
